OUR STORY

We are a Business group with broad knowledge in transportation and logistics. The group partners manages a shipping business, warehouses, port agents, customs brokerage and ground transportation.

TRANSTAINER GROUP started operations in 1999 in Costa Rica under the trade name TRANSTICA, in its beginnings  the company dedicated exclusively to inland haulage, and then as a request from many of our customers who needed different kind of logistics services, it was decided to become an integrated logistics provider.

From those beginnings in San José, Costa Rica; we have been growing, not only in Costa Rica but also abroad, becoming a recognized group of companies  with own offices throughout the Central America Region, Panama and Peru. At the moment there are plans to continue growing into Latin America and the Caribbean.
